About Me

Welcome to my journal, the place where I record my thoughts without censorship.

My entire life has been recorded in this blog. I don’t censor anything. Every aspect of my existence, to some degree or another, has found its way into these pages.

After attending over fourteen schools by eighteen years old, and dropping out of high school senior year, I eventually worked my way into a top 14 university and majored in philosophy and economics, with minors in psychology and finance. I am currently pursuing an engineering degree in the evenings.

I’m employed by an international mega corporation selling engineering technology that automates work processes for consumers, labs, and factories.

I’m a voracious reader with an overactive mind and excitable imagination. I’m also a prolific and compulsive writer. I have a fearless, self-reliant, open minded attitude toward life, and seek to embody the qualities of curiosity, passion, and dedicated work ethic.

If you decide to explore this blog and read through the last 15 years of my life, you will learn everything else there is to know about me.

I began journaling at 13 years old, and when I was 17 discovered livejournal and began to journal from my computer. This blog is an extension of that journal many years ago.

My first college english class I read the following quote, and it forever changed my relationship with writing.

“How do I know what I think until I see what I say?”
― E.M. Forster

I want my writing to reveal common truths about the human experience.

“Don’t tell me the moon is shining; show me the glint of light on broken glass.”
—Anton Chekhov

I know that everything is one with many manifestations.

omnia mutantur, nihil interit
everything changes, nothing perishes
